TBAC athletes were out in force at the first Gloucestershire XC League fixture at Old Down Country Park on Saturday. The Senior Men finished 2nd to Cheltenham, and the B team 4th (just 2 points behind Cheltenham’s B team). The Vets were also 2nd to Cheltenham, as were the Senior Ladies. The U13 Boys (Harry & Joshua Maxwell, and Josh Newton) did claim first place by a single point over Cheltenham in their race. Top individual performances included Frances Bromley & Freya Spruit (5th & 6th in Senior Ladies race – Freya 1st U17), Ella Treby (2nd Girls’ U15), & Dan Jones & James Donald (8th & 9th in the Senior Mens).
