We are running a marathon workshop on 20th January with Mara Yamauchi for anyone interested please email me or speak to me to book your place and spread the word it would be really good to get anyone planning on attending to let me know numbers are currently Low Mara is the second fastest marathon runner behind Paula Radcliffe it would be great to get good numbers out she is travelling down from London for the workshop and it would be a shame if we don’t get enough interest to run the workshop.
